2-day Trek in the Picos de Europa with overnight at the famous Refugio Collado Jermoso

The Picos de Europa are a tremendous mountain range on the coast of Spain. Often gazed at with relief by travelers returning to Spain from journeys lasting months and sometimes years as a sign they’ve made it home, the collection of peaks is iconic in every way. And, on this 2-day adventure, I would like to guide you through the Picos de Europa, while also taking you to the famous Refugio Collado Jermoso, where you will get to spend a night.

We will be trekking along a wonderfully scenic and not too difficult route through the mountains. Along the route, you will get to admire a number of great peaks. You will also get to see the sea, and bask in some of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. So, don’t forget to bring your camera!

At the end of the first day, when we reach the Refugio Collado Jermoso, you will get to enjoy even more great views. And, at night, you will get to stare up at the star filled sky with wonderment before getting a good night’s sleep. Hence preparing for the second day’s trekking adventure.
