Description

If you are looking for an exciting winter adventure in the Alps, this tour is for you. Join me for a 3-day ski mountaineering trip in the Gran Paradiso, in Italy!

Gran Paradiso (4,061m) is a mountain in the Graian Alps, between the Aosta Valley and Piedmont. Standing near the Mont Blanc Massif and the border with France, it is the only over-4,000m peak situated entirely in Italy.

On this 3-day trip, we will climb and ski on this impressive mountain, which offers a varied alpine terrain and top-quality powder snow. Furthermore, we will sleep in charming mountain huts surrounded by awesome alpine landscapes!

Please note that you need some alpine climbing and powder skiing experience, and a good fitness level to join this excursion. The ascent requires the use of skins, ice axes and crampons. For more information, you can check the itinerary below.

So, if you are up for an unforgettable winter experience in Italy, please get in touch with me. Let me guide you on this exciting ski mountaineering trip in Gran Paradiso!

I also offer a 5-day hut-to-hut ski tour in Bessanese!

Mountain Guide

I have been working as a mountain guide for more than ten years, and I still love my job very much! The great mountains of the Alps are my favorite playground: Mont Blanc, Matterhorn, Monte Rosa and Gran Paradiso are my favorite destinations.

Great summer ascents and magnificent ski mountaineering tours in winter and spring.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
