Explore the Majestic Heart of the Alps – Vanoise National Park trek
In the heart of the Vanoise National Park, where rocky peaks watch over green valleys and glaciers tower above wildlife-rich pastures, the tour around the largest ice cap in Europe is an invitation to disconnect and contemplate. It's reserved for lovers of wide-open spaces, nature, and sporty hikes.
Over 4 days of point-to-point hiking, always between 2,000 and 3,000 meters in altitude, this iconic circuit offers a rare escape: walking at the foot of the mythical glaciers of the Vanoise, in a wild, mineral setting teeming with wildlife.
The route connects comfortable mountain huts—some perched by alpine lakes, others nestled in vast, flowered pastures. This relatively sporty trekking trip offers many optional variations, including possible ascents of nearby peaks. You’ll be guided by our certified mountain leader, who has years of experience organizing and guiding treks both in France and around the world.

Mountain Leader
As a certified International Mountain Leader and an engineer in geology and mountain biology, I am passionate about the many facets offered by the mountain environment, in France or abroad.
I like to escape for several days in the great outdoors of Scotland, Oman, Corsica, the Alps or Kyrgyzstan with my backpack. But I also like walking the most beautiful trails in the world running, in "light" mode, with little equipment on the back.
I am indeed a trail-running specialist since I am one of the best French in the discipline, accumulating dozens of victories on many races all over France.
I will be listening to you and I will know how to give you good advice at the right time to help you progress in your practice. I will not hesitate to talk to you about geology, botany, fauna or geomorphology, sciences that I particularly like.
