This 4-day snowshoeing tour is an opportunity to discover the spectacular winter beauty of Yellowstone National Park on foot!

Snowshoeing is probably one of the most practical methods of exploring the Yellowstone backcountry, and just about anyone can do it. During this trip, we’ll explore the park’s most famous geysers and thermals, snow-covered meadows, wildlife areas and frozen waterfalls.

Located in Montana,Wyoming and Idaho, the Yellowstone National Park was established in 1872 and is the first in the United States and in the whole world. It is home to rich wildlife such as wolves, elks, bisons, bears and many other species.

This 4-day tour covers 20 miles (or 32 km) and every day participants will walk approximately 2-6 miles (4- 10 km). Consequently, this is a moderate hike which requires to be active and healthy.

Every day, participants will explore land rich with natural and cultural history, geothermal activity, and spectacular wild beauty. And every evening we’ll return to cozy national park lodges to relax and enjoy some delicious meals.

I really loved it. Intro to rock climbing was an amazing experience. Explore-share team were so helpful in the process. Poor service from Explore-share! The vendor who provided the actual tour shared with Explore-share that heavy rains prevented them from doing a substantial section of the tour. I was not notified. The vendor also offered a substantial discount for what we were able to do and this was not shared with me either!

Neil was our guide and he was amazing! We did Camelback mountain climbing and he knew all about it and the other nearby mountains. Lots of great info and fun. I took my two boys, 9 and 11 years old plus climbed myself (44 years old). So perfect for all ages and skill levels. Definitely worth doing!!!

Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome. A little tough going back and forth to get the trip set up hard to tell if the site is sketchy until you see reviews but all worked out. Ended up with an awesome day with an awesome guide. Overall pretty satisfied and thankful!
