Join our experienced guide on this 5-day hike through the stunningly picturesque Berner Oberland!

We begin our hike from the village of Lauterbrunnen, which is located in a valley of the same name. We will hike roughly three to seven hours each day along well-worn trails of easy to intermediate diffulty, making this the perfect trip for families.

As we make our way through the valleys, we will pass by the wondrous Thunder Don waterfall and in the shadow of the iconic wonders of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.

Throughout the duration of the hike we will see firsthand the awesome power of nature, as we make our way from one glacier-carved valley to another.

We will also enjoy the peace and solitude afforded us by these glacial valleys. For miles each day we will hike alone, without another person in sight, giving you time to contemplate and enjoy the sublime scenery.

We will also enjoy traditional Swiss hospitality, which will be afforded to us each night we stop at a mountain hut.

I had am amazing time during the 1-day off-piste training course at Hoch-Ybrig. Urs, our main mountain guide, was very helpful in answering my queries before the course, and Lupe from explore-share was helpful in selecting the course. We had 3 groups under Urs, Mario and Patrick, and I was in the group with Patrick. He gave us a lot of nice tips and individualized video analysis. He made a special effort to convey everything in English, since I don't know German. All the participants were very helpful and friendly too! The course is good value for money as skis are included for the weekend in the course price.
