Description

Located in the central area of the Pyrenees, the Aigüestortes National Park is a very popular spot in the Lérida province of Catalonia. Due to its terrain and big offer of mountain huts, it is a wonderful place to practice and enjoy snow activities. On this trip, I welcome you to join a 4-day splitboarding program for intermediate participants.

We will start our trip from La Bonaigua to Salardú. On day 1, we will ascend to the Pic d’Amitges (2,851 meters) and then descend to the Saboredo hut. Then, on day 2, we will head to the Gran Tuc de Colomers (2,933 meters). Afterwards, we will enjoy splitboarding to the Ventosa i Calvell mountain hut.  On day 3, we will ascend to the Punta Alta de Comalesbienes (3,014 meters). If weather permits, we will spend the night in the Colomers hut. Otherwise, we’ll stay in Ventosa. Finally, during the last day of the trip, we will enjoy the ascent to Montardo (2,833 meters) and then the descent to Arties before transferring you to La Bonaigua and saying goodbye.

Because this is a demanding program, I strongly suggest you have prior splitboarding or skiing experience. It is also important that you have a very good physical condition.

Join me on a great adventure splitboarding in the Aigüestortes National Park! Send your request now and make your reservation. I will be happy to be your guide.

Another option in the Pyrenees could be this ski tour in the Aneto Peak. Check it out!

Fantastic climb! We were the only people climbing the normal route so we had the mountain to ourselves. Fede was great, highly professional, and he assessed the risks very well. Highly recommended!
