Description

Come join me on this Aneto peak 2-day guided ski tour and climb the highest peak in the Pyrenees to enjoy an amazing ski down.

Aneto peak (3404 m) is the highest summit in the Pyrenees mountain range and the 3rd highest mountain in Spain. Its located inside the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park, close to the city of Benasque in the province of Huesca. Its northern face holds the largest glacier in the Pyrenees, but unfortunately it’s shrinking fast.

And, in my opinion, this peak has the most interesting ski runs in the Pyrenees. Plus the route to the summit is an amazing expedition surrounded by a beautiful scenery.

The way up will take us through an easy path with great views of the Aneto Glacier. Then we’ll gear up and continue climbing up with skins to Coronas Pass, where we’ll have lunch. Then we’ll finish the climb to the summit.

The way down we’ll be a fun 1300 m ski run through virgin slopes all the way to Plan d’Aigualluts where we’ll have short break and then continue to cross after a flat area and ski a little more.

Sounds like an amazing 2-day trip? It is! Send me a request now and we’ll start planning your visit to this amazing spot in the Pyrenees. You’ll spend an unforgettable time outdoors!

Fantastic climb! We were the only people climbing the normal route so we had the mountain to ourselves. Fede was great, highly professional, and he assessed the risks very well. Highly recommended!
