Description

Leave the hustle and bustle of daily life and give yourself a week of backcountry skiing in the enchanting solitude of Eastern Lapland! Enjoy a guided ski touring program in the beauty of the Finnish wilderness, the Scandinavian Mountains, and the satisfying tranquility of an oft-forgotten destination!

Eastern Lapland and the north of Finland is an unforgiving destination in both beauty and environment. Set in the Scandinavian Mountains and bordering Russia to the east, it is an outdoorsman’s dream location that offers a unique personal experience with the land and a rare chance to perform self-fulfilling activities in unusual conditions.

With wilderness risk comes wilderness reward, and that is where your program comes in. Over the course of a week, you will have the chance to ski virgin runs that have never been seen, let alone skied. Not only will you take advantage of prime snow and powder conditions, you will set up shop in the middle of this pristine landscape and camp your way through the entire trip.

Frozen lakes of immutable purity accompany your runs, with delightful tree skiing and long, uninterrupted runs a norm. You will bring your supplies and gear along with you on a sledge, living the way the locals do for an enriching cultural experience that enhances the skiing experience tenfold.

The nights will be spent building fires, eating wholesome meals, and enjoying the company of your group and nature. If we plan accordingly, we can expect to view the dancing Northern Lights as we nod off to sleep. Our isolation will give us unprecedented access to the star-filled sky, far away from the distractions of city lights and the worries of life.

This remarkable program is a truly evocative and moving experience, and I am thrilled to share it with you. I will give you a safe, genuine, and ultimately satisfying Finnish skiing trip that will leave a lasting impression on you. You will never forget your time in the immense wilderness of Finland.

You should be in great physical shape with the necessary mental fortitude to accomplish this sustained trip. You should have backcountry experience and be prepared for a journey that entails intractable resilience.

Book this perfect backcountry skiing program NOW and live a week of the Lapland life in the northern wild of Finland!

We can also check out an eight-day hut-to-hut ski tour in Lemmenjoki National Park! There is even an eight-day guided ski touring program in Halti that I would be more than happy to show you!

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
