Big wall rock climbing course at La Jonte

This 4-day big wall rock climbing course at the Gorges de la Jonte will give you the chance to work on your technical skills while enjoying the area's unusual landscape!

With its scenic cliffs and forested slopes, La Jonte is not as popular as other rock climbing spots in southern France. However, its unusual rock formations are slowly but steadily earning it a place among rock climbers' "must-go" lists!

If you've never climbed a big wall before, this is your chance to test yourself in the company of a professional. This course will also be useful to those wishing to review key moves in the beginning of the season. And those wishing to challenge themselves on more difficult walls will also profit from the experience.

La Jonte offers hundreds of different routes to choose from. I'll adapt the itinerary depending on your level and physical condition. But don't worry: I can guarantee you won't get bored!

We will meet at the Village du Rozier, a charming little village that is the door to La Jonte. First, we will assess participants' level on a rather easy big wall. In the afternoon, we will attempt a multi-pitch wall. On days 2 to 4, we'll visit some of the area's great classics. I will propose different options and we'll attempt increasingly difficult walls!

Please note I can take from 2 to 4 people on this big wall rock climbing course. You'll either be staying in a mobile home (for a group of 4) or at the Village du Rozier camping site (for 3 and under).
