Mount Baker (10,781 feet /3,286 meters) is an active stratovolcano located in Washington State in the northwest of the United States. Also known as Koma Kulshan, it is one of the highest mountains in Washington State and a dream come true for adventurous climbers.
Coleman Headwall is one of the most spectacular routes in the North Cascades. After approaching Mt. Baker from its north side, we will start climbing from the edge of Coleman Glacier. This classic alpine route rises 2000 feet directly to the Mt Baker summit and is one of the largest snow and ice faces in the Cascades.
