Would you like to spend a weekend in a beautiful natural area in the United States’ Pacific Northwest? Then come and join us on this wonderful hiking trip in the Eagle Cap wilderness in the Wallowa Mountains.
A stunning mountain range, the Wallowas offer amazing views that will take your breath away. Located in eastern Oregon, unlike other, much more popular trekking areas in the state, the Wallowas are much quieter. So, if you are looking for a more peaceful and tranquil hiking experience, where you can relax and just enjoy the sounds of nature, this trip is for you.
Eagle Cap (2,918m) is a wonderful peak. And the area around it makes the trek to the summit an unforgettable journey through forests and valleys. Moreover, during the trek, after approximately 7.5 miles, you will also get to visit and gaze at Mirror Lake. This amazing body of water more than lives up to its name as you can see a crystal clear reflection of Eagle Cap and other great peaks on the water’s surface. Typically, most hikers choose this location to rest for the night. On the following day, we will make our way to Eagle Cap Peak. More of a steep hike than a technical climb, the trek is not very difficult, and the views are spectacular. However, participants on this trip should be in good physical condition.

Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome. A little tough going back and forth to get the trip set up hard to tell if the site is sketchy until you see reviews but all worked out. Ended up with an awesome day with an awesome guide. Overall pretty satisfied and thankful!
