Description

Come discover the glacial world during a glacier hiking day trip. Walking with crampons in an exceptional panorama will leave you with unforgettable memories! The Col de la Pyramide, or Pyramide Pass, is a beautiful spot in the Ecrins mountain range.

This itinerary is easy and accessible to everyone, even kids! Of course, you have to be in good shape. Pic Blanc will be our starting point.

Although we planned the outing for 1 day, if you prefer we can adapt it to last for 1/2 day.

Does this program sound tempting? Then we invite you to book one of our guides ! Don't miss the chance to discover glacier hiking if you are in the Ecrins area. We also offer other trips adapted to a family / group of friends, as some Via ferrata initiation course in the Alpe d'Huez.

We had a nice trip. Unfortunately one of us fell en had to skip 1 day. The guide Olivier is very professional, knows the area well en is high skilled. Thereby he is a nice guy and wel had good talks and laughs. He brought us to some simple but very good auberges and we had lovely meals, accompanied with good wine.

Obviously the terrain is huge, so there is always a way to go. The Guides will bring you the best of the top class off track resort. Every orientation is possible, every steepness, every kind of run. But be sure to be with a guide, only they know where to bring you at the good time, know how to get back to the resort after your run. They even can take you around if by any (bad) chance you can't find the pow in Alpe d'Huez, but I doubt it...
