There is nothing nature can’t soothe. During this trip, we will soak up the fresh air of the Swiss Pre-Alps while we take in the countryside and learn about traditional herbal remedies!

The beautiful landscape of Charmey, a small village in the district of Gruyère, may be famous for its cheeses, but is also the site of beautiful green mountain meadows, valleys, lakes, and thermal streams. Situated in the Pre-Alps of Switzerland, it is a tranquil place that will give you peace of mind and body.

During this excursion, I will guide you through the countryside of the village. We will spend a half-day strolling among the green pastures and gardens, where we will have the opportunity to learn about the traditional medicinal plants that grow in the region. You will even be able to pick the plants that interest you so you can take them home and prepare them later, honoring the ancient healing remedies that have been passed down through the generations.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
