Valais lies in the southern region of Switzerland. This majestic place is home of one of the most mythical peaks in the Alps, the Matterhorn. So it is mostly famous for its Alpine ski resorts and mountaineering expeditions. However, it is also a hiking paradise. And one of the best places for hiking is a path that starts in Nendaz and takes us to Lac de Cleuson.

Let one of our certified guides take you across this wonderful place. We’ll get mesmerizing views of the Alps, and everything around them. Also, we’ll visit the Cleuson Dam, with its dazzling turquoise waters. Furthermore, we’ll trek through an almost flat and beautiful aerial irrigation channel, the highest in Nendaz. And even if it is dry when we cross it, the view of the damn it offers is simply hypnotizing.

Thereon we’ll hike towards the St-Barthélèmy chapel, which is the oldest and highest chapel in Nandez. So from there, we’ll be able to get a breathtaking panoramic view of the everything, extending to the Bernese Alps.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland.
