Nestled in the Pyrenees, in the region of Val d’Aran, Baqueira-Beret is the largest ski resort in Spain and a great place to do heliboarding.

Val d’Aran is a huge valley surrounded by peaks that reach 3000 meters tall. In addition, there is a helicopter base in the resort which allows faster flights and less waiting time.

Would you like to fly over remote white coated mountains and feel the adrenaline of snowboarding on virgin snow? This trip gives you the chance to experience a great adventure on powder snow and enjoy views you haven’t seen before.

In this case, not only I offer heliboarding but you may also want to experience what we call “helirando” in Spain. This activity involves a ride on a helicopter and then, an addition of altitude using skins. This is perfect for snowboarding fans as it will make the downhill snowboarding even longer.

For this type of activities, I take small groups of four persons, as it allows us to go everywhere together and have a more personal relation.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
