Discover the beautiful High Tatras on the border between Slovakia and Poland with this 3-day ski tour led by local IFMGA-certified guide Radek.

Tatras

3 Days

Jan - May

Description

This 3-day ski tour is a great option to discover the High Tatras backcountry terrain!

We’ll choose from a selection of 3 huts and lodges and use them as a base to explore the area around them. Popradske Pleso (1494 meters), Sliezsky dom (1670 meters) and Zbojnícka (1960 meters) are favorites among local skiers and hikers!

All of them are set in beautiful mountain settings and are at the starting point of a multitude of itineraries that we can choose from. Thus, you’ll have to take your pick!

With this 3-day star ski tour, you’ll get to know the High Tatras from the inside. This beautiful mountain range lies along the border between Slovakia and Poland. With close to 30 peaks over 2500 meters, it has a truly alpine character that I’m sure you’ll enjoy.

Apart from the guiding fee, the price includes the gear (skis, crampons, ice-ax, avalanche transceiver, probe, shovel, etc.), a map of the area and all the pedagogical material sent by email. This 3-day ski tour will be great fun but also a very good learning experience!

In conclusion, I am a local guide and really enjoy sharing my knowledge of the area with visitors. Join me on this 3-day trip for an experience you won’t forget but will always cherish!

So contact me now and we’ll start planning this amazing ski tour to the High Tatras. You’ll have the time of your life!

Mountain Guide

I am mountain guide, mountaineer, skier and professional "provocateur". My motto? "Life is too short to take it seriously all the time". Based in Brno, I spend summers rock climbing in the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia and Chamonix and the winters skiing all over Europe. In the autumn, I sometimes enjoy a short trip to Nepal for a few weeks, where I turn off my phone and just spend time with friends! I specialize in rock climbing courses, ice climbing and ski touring.
