Description
Exploring an island in the US Virgin Islands is an unforgettable experience. And on this half-day hiking trip, you will get to hike to the top of Goat Hill, where you can enjoy some of the most incredible views on the island.
The second highest peak in St. Croix, the summit of Goat Hill, at 672 feet above sea level, will allow you to see the majority of the island. With a 360 degree, panoramic viewpoint, you will also get to gaze far out into the beautiful emerald water of the sea, as well as the lush, vibrant green foliage spread throughout the island.
Our journey will begin at Cramers Park Beach. From there, we will make our way to Goat Hill and then continue on to its summit. While the majority of the hike is not very glamorous, the pay off at the summit will make it well worth it.
The route we will be trekking on is approximately 4.5 miles. While the hike is not very difficult, participants should still be in good physical condition.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge.
