Description
Ski across a wild area full of snow-covered peaks on this 7-day trip in Kamchatka.
The Kamchatka Peninsula is located in Siberia, Russia. Here you will find a group of volcanoes (around 30 of them are still active) that belong to the Ring of Fire of the Pacific Ocean.
The starting point of our trip will be Petropavlovsk, the capital of Kamchatka. I will pick you up at the airport and drive you to the hotel where you’ll spend the following week.
On this tour, we’ll reach the highest runs by a B3 helicopter, the best way to optimize the time of the ascents and enjoy more hours of skiing. One of the most beautiful things about this trip is admiring the sea at the end of the slopes.
If you decide to take this trip, you will join a small group of people, which will guarantee you the best experience on and off the helicopter. All participants must have an excellent level of fitness and prior skiing experience in all kinds of snow.

Itinerary
Day 1: Petropavlovsk
I will pick you up at the airport of Petropavlovsk and drive you to the hotel. After lunch, we’ll provide you with some information about security and the helicopter.
Day 2 to 7: Heliskiing days
You’ll enjoy the amazing experience of heliskiing through the volcanoes of Kamchatka.
Day 8: Goodbye
We’ll drive you to the airport and say goodbye.

About the guide
I have been a mountain guide for almost 20 years. But I'm not only a guide...
The mountain is the thread of my life. I am a member of the Chamonix Guides Company, ski instructor and teacher for many years at ENSA (National School of Ski and Alpinism), I am very experienced in the mountains. My experience is multifaceted since I partake in varied projects, as a trainer and first aider at the Chamoniarde de Secours (an association that contributes to the development of mountain safety and to promote alpine environment knowledge), technical supervisor of the freeride competitions organization, or safety advisor and rider in several freeride videos.
My favorite?... The Kamchatka, heliski's promised land. In 2005 I created a heliski agency in Russia, to share my passion organizing exceptional ski journeys.
