Description
The French Pyrenees are full of amazing peaks and passes. They are also full of exceptional viewpoints that once reached will be immensely appreciated. And, on this full-day adventure, I would like to guide you on a traverse of the beautiful Midi D’Ossau.
Our adventure that will take you across the Midi D’Ossau consists of different aspects. Those aspects include the ascent of the Petit Pic D’Ossau, the descent to the Fourche Pass and travelling along the peak’s normal route.
Throughout this day long trip, you will see a great deal. You will be able to bask in the beauty of the Tena Valley, as well as the D’Ossau Valley. Furthermore, you will get to see many peaks found throughout the French Pyrenees.
Whenever you are enjoying a mountaineering trip, it is important that you are in good physical condition, especially one like this that lasts for approximately 10 hours. You should also have prior experience rock climbing experience as well.

About the guide
My name is Félix Aznar and I am High Mountain Guide and Alpine Ski coach. I live in the Spanish Pyrenees, very close to France. Here I guide my clients and practice mountain sports, like rock climbing, ice climbing, mountaineering, mountain skiing, free riding and mountain biking.
I have lived in the mountains since I was a child. I first discovered them along my father, through catlle raising; later helping my cousin count the ibex, and finally climbing all the peaks in my valley and traveling all over the world to discover fascinating corners. Some of my favorite trips were Tromso (Norway), Lang Tang (Nepal) and Taghia (Morocco). I love the mountain world, their flowers and their animals, and the silence in them.
