The Piatra Craiului Mountains form a narrow 25 km (16 mi) ridge and are considered to be one of the most beautiful spots in the Carpathians. The highest point is “Vârful La Om”, which boasts an altitude of 2,238 m(7,343 ft).
On this exciting winter trek, we will explore the gorgeous Piatra Craiului massif and revel at the stunning views. Furthermore, we will also have the chance to discover the surrounding valleys, where local herders and cheesemakers live. In total, we will spend around 10 hours out in nature, therefore, it is important that you have a good fitness level. Of course, we will be there to help and guide you!
