Piltriquitron 2-day splitboarding trip, El Bolsón

Join me on an incredible splitboarding trip to the beautiful Piltriquitron in El Bolsón, Argentina. Located 120 kilometers south of Bariloche, this amazing mountain offers a stunning view of the whole city and spectacular splitboarding and skiing routes. Come fall in love with this Patagonia gem!

First we’ll meet in Bariloche and from there head to El Bolsón. Then, we’ll ascend to the refuge at the Andean Club Piltriquitron, where we’ll be staying. This refuge offers the basic facilities needed to relax after an intense day of snowboarding. These include dormitories, meals, heating, hot water and bathrooms.

The snowboarding routes are close to the refuge and offer a wide variety of terrains to explore. I’ll plan the itinerary depending on snow and weather conditions and on the group’s level and interests. Some of the places we can visit include Huemules and East Hill. You can review the basic itinerary below for more information. Also, keep in mind you will need a good fitness level.
