One or multi day splitboarding tours in Cerro López

Cerro López in Bariloche is synonymous with mountaineering**.** On this trip we’ll spend one or more days splitboarding in this iconic spot surrounded by stunning landscapes. Join me on this fantastic adventure!

Cerro López offers many options that can be suited for different levels. There are paths in forests between lenga trees, large slopes and gutters and many other terrains to explore. All of them will allow us to enjoy the beautiful peaks in the area and the excellent splitboarding piste.

The three main routes are:

Forest Filo de las Cabras

This is the shortest and safest route. It is perfect for more inexperienced snowboarders, for days when the weather conditions do not allow more open spaces or for days when the avalanche risk is high.

Filo de las Cabras – Magnat

This route offers many descents, incredible snow and different landscapes. It also offers the option of reaching two summits in a day. Depending on the group’s physical condition, we can make several descents.

Cerro López route

This is the most physically demanding route, but it also offers more than 600 vertical descents with amazing snow and stunning views. If you are up for the challenge, then we can tackle this option too.

Because there are many possible routes, this tour is open to splitboarders of different levels. You will however need to be physically fit even if you are a beginner. Of course, I will be there to help and guide you on any of the possible routes.
