Description
On this 5 hour snowshoeing tour, I would like to take you to the beautiful Saint Dalmas village.
This snowshoeing trek will take you through the amazing Mercantour national park. Located in the Alps of France, you will get to enjoy amazing views of snow covered trees and snow capped peaks. You will also get to see plenty of traces of the expansive area’s wildlife as well. A true journey through nature, you will get to explore a world that is full of beauty and intrigue.
We will journey high up in the park. This will enable you to get some spectacular, far reaching views of the area. And because Saint Dalmas village is the highest village in the Alpes-Martimes, once we reach the pinnacle of the trip, the views will be even better!
Along the way, we will stop for a lunch break at a lovely wood cabin. Hot drinks will also be served to warm you up! This will give you a chance to catch your breath and take a look around. Afterwards, we will continue our journey to Saint Dalmas.
You do not require any technical experience to participate on this trip. However, since we will be trekking for approximately 5 hours, you should be in good enough physical condition to maintain the pace.
