Description

On this approximately 4 to 6 hour trip, I would like to guide you from the beautiful San Pellegrino Pass to the Forca Rossa. Both of these places are located in the stunning Dolomites in the Alps of Italy.

During this splitboarding adventure, you will get to admire the Dolomites, as you make your way through them. Starting at the San Pellegrino Pass, which rests at an altitude of 1,918 metres, you will get to see many of the area’s amazing highlights. A few examples include the popular, and beautiful Marmolada massif, and the Pale Di San Martino massif, as well as the towns of Falcade and Moena.

You will also get to enjoy some great descents at the San Pellegrino pass during this trip as well. And a big reason for that is because it is located in the Trivalli ski area. This area is part of the hugely popular Dolomiti Superski circuit. This area is renowned for being one of the most enjoyable, and largest winter playgrounds in the entire world.

Another great aspect of this trip is that it is not too difficult. As a result, it is open to children as well. Hence making it a fantastic option for a family day trip in the Dolomites!

If you are looking to enjoy a great splitboarding tour in the Alps of Italy, then this trip from the San Pelligrino pass to Forca Rossa is for you. All you have to do to be a part of it is send a request. I look forward to hearing from you!

I also offer another easy day long splitboarding tour around Mount Sief and the Col di Lana.

Mountain Guide

I started my career as an aerospace engineer, my first passion and then became a full-time IFMGA mountain guide, my second passion, since 2013. Working as a mountain guide gratifies me a lot. I enjoy very much transmitting my knowledge about the mountains and its activities to my friends and clients.

I’m based in the Dolomites where I have climbed most of the mountain surroundings us here, including “Via attraverso il Pesce” in Marmolada and “Captain sky-hook” in Civetta. I also enjoy a lot guiding in the rest of the Alps, ice climbing, ski touring, freeride skiing, rock climbing and mountaineering.

Feel free to contact me if you want to live a great adventure in the Dolomites or anywhere else in the Alps, during the winter or the summer. It will be a great pleasure for me to guide you and allow you to reach your goal. I work with other mountain guides in the Veneto area, such as Filippo, Massimo, and my brother Daniele. If I am unavailable on the date you are interested in coming climbing, skiing, or engaging in other activities with me, I can connect you with one of them.

3 stars Marmolada is due to weatherconditions. Lack of new snow. Enrico found good snow in parts of the glacier. 5 stars to him. Before we went up to the glacier, Enrico took us for a testride offpiste to see if we would be able to ski difficult conditions. Very good.

To be honest we are very disappointed. We signed up for the day of free ride on Marmolada but Enrico wisely said the snow conditions were not conducive for doing that. He offered to do other activities (specifically ski touring) but that is not what we paid for or signed up for, and did not want to do that. Since he offered “alternative activities” it appears we lose 100% of the cost per Explore-Share policy. This is extremely unfair. Enrico seemed like a good guy and probably a very good guide, but I would NOT recommend Explore Share to anyone! Terrible experience for an expensive day.

Geremia was great to have for my first time ice climbing. He went over all the basics and gave me tips on my climbing that really helped out. All of this in a beautiful location! Highly recommended!

Enrico was extremely knowledgeable of the area and was able to put us in great snow despite the lack of snowfall over the past few weeks. Wonderful day!
