Description

Have you ever heard about the “Seven Lakes”? It is one of the most beautiful areas of the Andes, and this is your chance to explore it on a mountain bike, come join me!

The Seven Lakes Road is one of the most attractive destinations of the Argentinean Patagonia. It connects Villa La Angostura, a charming town near Bariloche, with San Martin de Los Andes. Rather than seven, the road crosses eight beautiful lakes and allows us to enjoy two national parks, Lanín and Nahuel Huapi.

On the first day of this tour, we will meet in Bariloche to check the equipment and clear doubts. The next day we’ll get to Arrayanes National Park by catamaran, to start the adventure. What follows are three days of stunning mountain biking crossing all these breathtaking lakes surrounded by lush forests and impressive mountains.

This trip doesn’t require to be an expert mountain biker, but you do need to have a good fitness level. We will cycle a total distance of 135km and you should be prepared to cycle from 38 to 49km per day. For more information, you can check the itinerary below!

So, if you are up for an awesome mountain bike expedition in Patagonia, please contact us. Let’s complete the scenic “Seven Lakes” route on this unforgettable 4-day trip!

Najuel was awesome. Perfect family trip for our 10,12,14 year old kids. December is warm but there are many shady parts and opportunity to feel fresh at the river crossings. Lunch in a traditional home was certainly a highlight. Such a good day. I will remember forever. Highly recommend. There is an option to do more extreme riding if you are super fit and have moderate mt bike skills. We chose not to do this in case our 10 year old found it too difficult. My best day in Argentina so far after 2.5 weeks of travel.
