The trail also offers spectacular views of several Himalayan peaks including Lhotse, Nuptse, Thamserku, Ama Dablam and Everest itself.
We’ll begin our journey in the beautiful city of Kathmandu. From there, we’ll board a scenic flight to Lukla. The flight is an adventure in itself offering panoramic views of ivory peaks. Landing at Lukla, you’ll then descend to Dudh Koshi River and start trekking to the village of Phakding. Traversing the lush forests of rhododendrons, you’ll get to the Sagarmatha National Park.
The park has a diverse plant and animal life and you might be able to encounter many rare animals here. Heading further, you’ll pass Monjo and Jorsale to reach Namche Bazaar. Here, you can spend the day visiting Syangboche Airport, the Sherpa Culture Museum, the Kunde Hospital, and the Everest Photo Gallery.
The following day, you’ll hike from Namche to the Everest View Hotel to see unobstructed views of Everest. After thoroughly enjoying your time in these soaring peaks, you’ll return via the same route and reach Kathmandu to end this amazing trip.
