Description

I am the ninth ranked FWQ skier in all of Japan and I would like to invite you to join me for an thrilling ski day on the amazing slopes of Furano!

Throughout this exciting day long session, you and the other members of the group will get to ski with an experienced professional.

Unlike other skiing trips, this adventure is not a course for you to learn specific skills. Instead, it is about fun and excitement. However, you will be able to follow my lines and I will gladly share my secrets and tips to help you improve.

Additionally, because I am not an instructor, nor a guide, we will stay within the boundaries of whichever resort in Furano we choose. But not to worry, some of the best slopes in Japan are set within those boundaries, Furthermore, since Furano is on the island of Hokkaido, you can rest assured you will get to enjoy the amazing powder that has made the second largest island in Japan so famous among skiers from around the world. Plus, there is plenty of varied terrain to explore including treen runs and more!

Please note that you will need to sign a liability waiver prior to the beginning of the trip. Also, for safety and liability reasons, we will stay within ski resort boundaries at all times. Groups will be formed on an on-demand basis.

I was born in Osaka. During my teens, I spent some time in the country side and, ever since, then I've been attracted to the mountains.

I'm currently a professional ski bum based in Hakuba!! My freeriding motto is to always try new things from the top of a mountain all the way to the bottom.

Whether it be sunny, blizzarding, or even raining, I can propose a way to have fun in the mountains!

I've travelled around the globe with my skis - all over Japan, Alaska, Canada and New Zealand.

If you just want to try out fat skis or if you are a hardcore skier who wants to ski until you can't move, I would love to show you around my hood!

I will show you how to use the natural terrain to produce your own style of freeriding. From carving to aggressive riding, let me know what you're after!

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge.
