Description

Located on the border area between Aosta, Italy, and Martigny, Switzerland, Grand St. Bernard is a mountain pass in the Pennine Alps. At 2,469 meters above sea level, it’s a beautiful natural area and a fantastic destination to enjoy different types of activities. On this opportunity, I invite you to go ski touring in this wilderness area near the locality of Verbier.

If you join us on this program, we’ll have fun skiing in the gorgeous valleys and mountains around Grand Saint Bernard for 7 days. The duration of the trip will allow us to explore several spots and plan different itineraries. Excellent snow conditions and fantastic descents are guaranteed!

Please, keep in mind that it’s mandatory for this trip to have a good level of fitness and prior ski touring experience on backcountry terrain. However, consider that we’ll pick the routes according to your experience and preferences.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger.
