Via ferrata dels Patacons in Tarragona (Serra de la Mussara), Half-day

If you are looking for an fun outdoor experience in Spain, then join me on this half-day tour to the Via ferrata dels Patacons, in Tarragona!

This via ferrata is located in the magnificent Serra de la Musara, a mountain range in Catalonia which offers breathtaking views of Tarragona and the Costa Daurada (Mediterranean coastline). It is situated just 40-min from Tarragona City.

On this half-day tour, we will complete the Via ferrata dels Patacons in three hours. Recently opened with high technology equipment, this 480 meter route includes vertical sections, terraces and needles. It also features four Nepalese bridges up to 28 meters long, and an optional 20-meter abseil from the top of a natural totem!

Please keep in mind that this tour requires a 90-meter ascent. However, you don’t need special climbing abilities. In fact, you will learn technique and safety ferrata skills.
