Suchen Sie nach Ihrem ersten Felskletter-4000er in den Alpen? Oder sind Sie vielleicht schon ein erfahrener Kletterer auf der Suche nach neuen Gipfeln? Begleiten Sie mich auf diesem 2-tägigen Lagginhorn-Aufstieg (4.010 m) für ein unvergessliches Bergerlebnis.
Das Lagginhorn befindet sich im Saas-Tal (oder Saastal) in der Schweizer Provinz Wallis. Unser Aufstieg über die Normalroute beginnt in Saas Grund (1.565 m). Auf 2.726 m finden wir die Weissmieshütte.
Am nächsten Tag zielen wir auf den Gipfel (4.010 m). Von der Weissmieshütte aus ist die Route ziemlich einfach, mit dem Lagginhorn immer in Sicht.
Dies wird als ein "einfacher" Aufstieg unter den Alpen-"82 4000ern" angesehen. Es ist sicherlich ein technisch erschwinglicher Aufstieg. Dennoch ist er anspruchsvoll, da er Gletscher- und Schneesegmente umfasst, obwohl keine Spalten vorhanden sind. Der Lagginhorn-Aufstieg wird auch manchmal zur Vorbereitung auf anspruchsvollere Aufstiege unternommen.
In diesem Programm nehme ich Gruppen von bis zu 2 Kletterern mit. Die Gäste müssen wissen, wie man Steigeisen benutzt, und geeignete Stiefel für Steigeisen mitbringen.

I had am amazing time during the 1-day off-piste training course at Hoch-Ybrig. Urs, our main mountain guide, was very helpful in answering my queries before the course, and Lupe from explore-share was helpful in selecting the course. We had 3 groups under Urs, Mario and Patrick, and I was in the group with Patrick. He gave us a lot of nice tips and individualized video analysis. He made a special effort to convey everything in English, since I don't know German. All the participants were very helpful and friendly too! The course is good value for money as skis are included for the weekend in the course price.
