IFMGA

A mountaineer with a passion for rock climbing and exploratory skiing, he embarks on expeditions each year to both remote, lesser-known regions and some of the world's most iconic mountain destinations. His adventures have taken him across the globe—from the deserts of Oman and Morocco to the granite walls of Yosemite and the wild landscapes of Patagonia, Canada, Kenya, Ethiopia, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, the Balkans, Norway, and numerous European countries.

Known as a true connoisseur of the Valle dell'Orco, he spends the summer months (May to September) living in the valley, where he works as a Mountain Guide and manages the Le Fonti Minerali mountain hut in Ceresole Reale—a vibrant hub for climbers and outdoor enthusiasts. The rest of the year, he dedicates himself to guiding in the Alps and other hidden gems across Italy, including Gran Sasso, Sardinia, and Val di Mello. He is also an expert on regions such as Valle d’Aosta, the Briançonnais, Vanoise, and the top freeride and ski mountaineering spots from the Maritime to the Central Alps.

Since 2025, he has held the title of National Instructor of Mountain Guides.
