I was born in Bariloche and I have always lived in the national parks of Patagonia, I am a high mountain guide UIAGM-IFMGA, rock climbing and skiing are my passion and combining these activities in the Andes is a privilege that I like to share.

I reached out to Ignacio when I was in Esquel, and we agreed Cerro Cónico near Lake Baggilt. We postponed the trip for 1 day, so we could have better weather on the summit. Ignacio knows the mountain and the summit very well. It was a great day (and very long 😆) to be guided by him. I would definitely go with him again on another mountain.

We've had a superbe experience in climbing the semi-technical, alpine style Cerro Conico mountain in western Chubut, in the Patagonian Andes this summer. After spending the night under the stars, we left very early in the morning, and by sunset we were already traversing the glacier at the peak's base. We reached the top at about 11 am, the view was just amazing, looking to wonderful sceneries of both Chile and Argentina.
