My passion
I grew up as the fifth of eight children on a mountain farm at 1250 meters in the small village of Oberleibnig in East Tyrol. Already in my childhood, climbing the first peaks and conquering rocks were part of my everyday life, which early aroused my passion for climbing and mountaineering. This love for the mountain world developed over the years and laid the foundation for my career as a mountain and ski guide. In addition to the Alps, I was also allowed to explore the impressive mountains of Patagonia, where I was lucky enough to climb peaks such as Cerro Torre, Torre Egger and Fitz Roy. Norway and Canada I traveled to ice climbing to gain more experience and experience new adventures.
I could also experience more adventures in California in the Yosemite Valley at the El Capitan & half dome.
These experiences and experiences shape my work today as a mountain guide.
My way to the mountains
Since my training as a state-certified mountain guide and ski guide in 2005, I have the opportunity to share my enthusiasm for nature and the mountains with my guests. In addition to the East Tyrolean mountains such as the Großglockner, Großvenediger and the Lienzer Dolomites, I am also often on the road in the South Tyrolean Dolomites and the Carnic Alps. While many well-known peaks are overflowed by Instagram & Co., I also offer my guests less well-known, but equally challenging and relaxing destinations. So you can experience the peace and relaxation of the mountains away from the hustle and bustle.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
