**Put on your hiking boots, strap on your helmet and life jacket and prepare to join me on this Nuria Inferior canyoning tour in Barcelona!**

Located in the Spanish municipality of Queralbs and right in the heart of the Nuria Valley, the amazing Nuria Gorges are waiting. But don’t panic, even though this canyon is one of the most challenging canyons in the region of Catalonia, **the lower Nuria canyon, also known as Nuria Inferior, is the ideal place to begin your journey into the world of canyoning.**

This canyon is perfect for beginners who want to discover this amazing sport as well as for adventurers who already have some experience and want to perfect their techniques. The entire tour will take us 4 hours and during the entire journey, you won’t stop discovering **abseils and water slides awaiting just for you.** With jumps of up to 8 meters and 5 rappels of up to 25 meters, this canyoning tour has it all!
