##### When I am not guiding my friends in the mountains around the Aosta Valley, I teach climbing in Courmayeur. These lessons take place in Muro di Arrampicata, an indoor climbing gym I’m managing.

These sessions are dedicated for the ones who wish to **progress and learn new climbing technics**. It is also very suitable for outdoor amateurs spending their holidays in Courmayeur and who can’t go out because of **bad weather**.

Based on the wishes and the level of the group, I will define a tailor made program. I can teach the basics of rock climbing for the ones starting this amazing sport. For the more experienced climbers, I can give the necessary tips to be autonomous, to manage safety moves…

An indoor climbing session last for one hour. I’ll take maximum 4 persons in a group in order to maximize the safety and make sure I have enough time for each participant. The price is **50€ for the group per hour.**

We can mix indoor sessions with some outdoor rock climbing in some of the best spots of the Aosta Valley : **Borelli** (Courmayeur), **Valtournenche**, **Val del Lys**, **Valgrisenche**, **Val Veny**…
