Val d’Aran is a spectacular spot in the Pyrenees which is great for outdoor sports year-round. It is a popular spot for skiing during the winter, and in the summer, for mountain biking.

We’ll begin this trip from the valley bottom and approach the chosen summit **by riding our bikes on a picturesque trail**. When the terrain becomes rocky, we’ll switch to hiking and continue our ascent to the top of the peak. You will see **panoramic views of the gorgeous Pyrenees as you go up.**   Once at the summit, you will appreciate striking views. After spending some time at the top, we’ll return to our bikes and peddle down to the valley.

The trip can be customized according to your needs, ranging from one day to many. I will keep in mind your preferences and your previous experience to design a perfect trip for you. And best of all, it promotes sustainable mountain tourism.

Discover the wonders of trail running in a stunning setting. Follow me on an adventure planned just for you in the dazzling **Val d’Aran** in the **Spanish Pyrenees**.

Val d’Aran is a fantastic spot in the Pyrenees with outdoor sport offers year-round. It is especially popular during the winter because up to its 3,000-meter peaks receive perfect snow. But it is also a place of culture, history, delicious local food and adventures during the warmer months.

This is a trip that will be adapted to your needs and motivations. Let me know how long you wish to stay in the area, what you wish to accomplish and what your previous experience is, and I’ll organize the perfect itinerary for you. Val d’Aran and other **valleys in the Pyrenees** offer spectacular trails, so I can guarantee we’ll follow a beautiful route. There are breathtaking views and wild biodiversity to discover all around us.

Furthermore, you have the option to practice trail running for only one day. In that case, the mountain and your physical conditions will play a big role in determining the trail. If you are ready for more, I can organize a 5-day trip with 3 days of peak trail running and 2 days of valley trail running, distributed in a way that will allow our bodies to recover after each run. Five days in this outstanding valley will give us enough time to explore different sites with different altitudes.
