**IFMGA/UIAGM Mountain Guide and Canyoning Guide from Spain**

Although I was born in the city, I was always in contact with the outdoors. My first steps on the mountain led me to the vertical world, rock climbing. Then came the ice climbing, mountaineering and skiing. These activities allowed me travel all over the world, especially Asia, Europe and Africa.

I consider The Pyrenees as the perfect place to live and a great field with the necessary ingredients to enjoy great wild activities. But I also enjoy and travel to other massifs, mainly to the Alps, also to the Atlas, and ocassionaly to other ranges around the world.

I’m an international UIAGM mountain guide, canyoning guide and ski instructor as well. I work as independent guide, which allows me to work following my own philosophy and values.

So far I have 16 years of experience as guide, and a few more as mountaineer. I enjoy all the mountain-related activities, but for guiding and as a sport. That’s why I’d like to show you the mountains the way I see them, without fixed structures but enjoying them with freedom and in a pleasurable way.

Canyoning trip in the Pyrenees

The **Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park** is a park from the **Pyrenees** situated in Aragon, Spain. If you want to discover this incredible area, I invite you to join me on this **3-day ski tour** across the Ordesa National Park and develop your skiing abilities in the Pyrenees.  

The first day, we will start the ascent from the Bujaruelo Hut. This valley is a deserted area in the **Aragonese Pyrenees** located in the province of Huesca. Then, we will reach the **Serradets Refuge (2,587 meters)**.

On the second day, we will ascend the **Taillon Peak (3,146 meters)**, situated in the border between Spain and France. After that, we will enjoy our journey to the **Góriz Refuge (2,220 meters)**.

Finally, on the third day, we will go up to the **Marboré Peak**, a summit from the **Monte Perdido** with **3,248 meters** of height.

Take into account that you can arrange this tour for more days and with different combinations of summits and ski runs. Also remember that a **high level in skiing** and **experience in hut-to-hut skiing** are required.

**Come and join me on this 5-day hut to hut ski tour in Carros de Foc.**

**Carros de Foc** is a great mountain traverse inside the **Aigüestortes and Sant Maurici National Park**. It is located in the heart of the **Pyrenees** in the Lérida province, western **Catalonia**.

Due to its amazing landscapes and excellent refuges facilities, Carros de Foc is one of the most famous ski tours of the Pyrenees. During this 5-day trip, you will appreciate two amazing ski runs between the **Aran Valley** and the **Ribagorza** region.

I will also guide you through the mountain refuges of **Ventosa i Calvell (2220 m)**, **Estany Llong (2000 m)**, **Amitges (2310 m)** and **Colomers (2100 m)**. These are four of the nine huts in Carros de Foc which are located between 1900 and 2400 meters of height. **You will find a more detailed itinerary of the tour below**.

Remember that **this is the classic hut-to-hut route**. You can also ask me for different ski touring options (more or less days) or even for other refuges to visit in the area. Also take into account that you will need some previous **experience in mountain skiing** if you want to join this ski tour.

We’ll go from Pont de Resec to the Ventosa hut (2220 m) with the possibility to ascend the Montardo summit (2833 m).

We’ll continue through the Carros de Foc route from the Ventosa hut trough the Collado de Contraix (2748 m), the highest point of the trip, until we reach the Estany llong refuge (1985 m).

We leave the hut and go through the Portarró de Espot (2427 m). On this day, we move to the Amitges refuge (2380 m).

We’ll continue our ski tour and slowly ascend to the Port de Ratera (2543 m). Then, our next stop will be the Colomers hut (2135 m).

**Join me on this 5-day hut to hut ski tour and enjoy an amazing journey from Balaitus to Vignemale, in the Pyrenees.**

Thanks to its amazing peaks above 3000 meters, lakes, glaciers and valleys, the **Pyrenees** are one of the most beautiful places for ski touring in Europe. This tour takes place in the **border area between Spain and France**. 

The **Balaitus massif** is located between the Tena Valley in Spain and the Azun Valley in France. Its highest peak is the **Balaitus Peak** with **3,144 meters** of height. The **Vignemale Peak (3,298 meters)** is the highest summit of the **French Pyrenees**.

During this 5 day tour, you will be able to enjoy the recently constructed **Bachimaña Refuge**. This hut is located in the **Tena Valley**, one of the largest valleys of the Pyrenees. Across this amazing valley, we will also visit the **Respumoso Refuge (2,220 meters)**. Another stops will be at the **Wallon (1,865 meters)** and the **Oulettes de Gaube (2,150 meters) Huts**, both located on the French side.

**Come with me on this adventure in the Pyrenees. Let’s explore this vast land, splitboarding hut to hut from Balaitus to Vignemale, and uncover all its beauty!**

The **Pyrenees** is one of the most stunning places in the world. And due to its multiple peaks that stand over **3,000 meters**, it is one of **Europe**’s most popular spots for **winter activities**. Also, the many **pristine lakes, magnificent glaciers and beautiful valleys** that cover this land, make it a wonderful **splitboarding destination**. Moreover, the area that we’ll explore, **between Spain and France**, is incredibly rich in natural and cultural features.

One of the places I’ll take you to is the **Balaitus massif**, located in between the **Azun Valley** in **France** and the **Tena Valley** in **Spain**, two of the biggest valleys in Europe.

The highest peak in the **Balaitus massif** is the **Balaitus Peak (3,144 m)**. But we’ll visit other equally impressive mountains, such as the highest mountain in the **French Pyrenees: Vignemale Peak (3,298 m).**

**Join me on this adventure to explore one of the best routes for splitboarding in the Pyrenees. Discover Carros de Foc on this 5-day hut to hut trip.**

**Carros de Foc** is one of the most popular ski and snowboarding routes in the **Pyrenees**. Even though it is not the highest or the most demanding one, **its popularity relies on the infrastructure of its mountain refuges**. The way they are located allows you to complete the whole route in small sections. So, **during this 5-day trip**, we’ll tour around it, stopping in different huts to recharge our batteries each night and go on with our adventure.

Located inside the **Aigüestortes** and **Sant Maurici National Park**, in the **Pyrenees, Carros de Foc** is a highlight in the Lérida province, in the western part of **Catalonia**.

During this great adventure, we’ll splitboard across the **Aran Valley**. Then, we’ll explore the **Ribagorza** region.

I will take you to some of the **most beautiful mountain huts** in the continent, like:

**Spain is one of Europe’s premier rock climbing destinations.** In this day outing you con join me for an unforgettable adventure for both beginners and experienced climbers in Central Spain.

In the outskirts of Madrid, you will find a great variety of rock climbing areas. **In this tour you can chose between La Pedriza and Los Galayos.** We can climb in both spots if you have several days to spend.

**La Pedriza stands on the slopes of the Guadarrama mountain range, holding numerous peaks, rocky cliffs, streams and meadows.** It offers great scenic and wonderful climbing routes available to different level of rock climbers. Here you will found long granite slab climbing, demanding precise footwork and balance. 

**Los Galayos is a group of over 2,000 m. granite needles located in Sierra de Gredos.**This towers stand right in front of the Victory hut. ##### The **Ordesa and Monte Perdido National park**  is one of the best places for splitboarding in Spain. So, join me on this **3-day guided trip** and let’s explore it together!

This popular destination is the second most ancient national Park in **Spain**. It was declared as such in august 16th, 1918. And ever since, it has received over **600,000** visitants every year.

Located in the **Pyrenees**, this park is as big as beautiful. It has a surface of over **15,600 he**. And there’s a perimeter of protected land of more than **19,670 he**.

**Ordesa and Monte Perdido**’s magnificent land is so vast that 3 days might just be enough for us to unveil most of its beauty. However, I’ll do everything in my hands to make sure we get to see all the highlights.

We’ll begin our ascent from the **Bujaruelo Hut**. Situated in the province of **Huesca**, this valley is a deserted spot in the **Pyrenees**. Thereupon, we’ll head to the **Sarradets Refuge** at **2,587 meters**.
