Nordic•Trend offers carefully designed, high-quality experiences in the Alps, Northern Scandinavia, and Lapland.

Nordic•Trend is a team of certified professionals in IFMGA mountain guiding, mountain biking, and trail running, founded by Jarmo and Pinja Metsäkoivu. Our business was born from a passion for adventure and a deep desire to share the boundless joys and unique experiences of the mountains with others. We both grew up in Lapland, above the Arctic Circle, and today we live in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc in the French Alps. Northern Norway’s Lyngen Alps have been our playground since long before our professional guiding careers, making us deeply connected to all these regions.

Our adventures are more than just trips; they are carefully crafted journeys into the heart of nature, where you can rediscover the joy of freedom and the thrill of the unknown. Each experience brings you closer to the beauty of the wild and the exhilaration of being truly alive.

We operate with safety first - always. All activities are led by experienced, professionally trained experts. A certified IFMGA mountain guide or a specialized instructor in the activity will accompany the group. Weather and other conditions are assessed daily, and every program is designed and carried out safely and responsibly.
