Pedra do Telégrafo is located in the **Pedra Branca State Park**, one of the biggest urban parks in the world, at the top of the **Guaratiba Hill,** at 350 meters above sea level. In order to reach this dazzling spot, we’ll follow an easy hiking path for **1.10 hours**. The road goes through some breathtaking beaches where we might even see some monkeys on the way.

Additionally, if you are up for it, we can even continue to a different sightseeing spot that will give us a magnificent view of the wild beaches. This is not included in the trip’s price.

In order to make the most of it, we recommend taking this trip during the off-season to avoid the large crowds, though a high season trip is also possible if it is your only alternative. Furthermore, keep in mind that this is an enjoyable excursion **open to everyone**.

Prainha Beach is one of Rio’s most eye-catching and popular beaches. It is a small surfers’ beach surrounded by rocks and high cliffs that you definitely want to add to your Rio bucket list.

The hike to Mirador do Caeté, will take us through an area of preserved **Atlantic Rain forest**. It is a fairly easy hike of 40 minutes where we might spot samples of the local flora and fauna. Spend an unforgettable afternoon in **Rio de Janeiro, Brazil** on an experience that combines hiking, yoga and a dazzling sunset. Follow us to the top of **Pedra Bonita** in the **Tijuca Forest** on an incredible adventure.

The hike starts and finishes at ACCESS B (Aquarela do Brasil) of the **São Conrado** subway station. We’ll then drive to the beginning of the **Pedra Bonita trail**. Once on it, we’ll enjoy fantastic views of the **Tijuca Forest** and learn all about its flora and fauna. We’ll hike for 40 minutes to reach Pedra Bonita, where stunning views of the Rio beaches and mountains await us. We’ll get to see **Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, Christ, Ipanema and Leblon beaches, the Two Brothers Hill** and much more.

If you’ve never done yoga before, don’t worry! We’ll give you a lesson appropriate for all levels that combines meditation, Hatha yoga and vinyasa. The lesson will last for an hour, approximately. And the best part? The class finishes with an unforgettable sunset over Rio’s coastline.

Discover two of **Rio de Janeiro**‘s most astonishing sightseeing spots. Follow us for a short hike up in **Catacumba Park, Brazil** to enjoy the views of the city’s most iconic sites.

For our hike, we’ll meet at the Lagoa Subway Station (Gen. Osório, Access E) and do a short walk around the **Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas**. We will give you a bit of information as we walk about this beautiful and iconic lake. Then, we’ll walk towards Catacumba Park and begin our hiking trail. This easy path will take us to two magnificent lookout points with breathtaking views of Rio’s landmarks (**Christ the Redeemer, Two Brothers, Favelas**, and others): **Mirante do Urubú and Mirante do Sacopã**.

This trail is perfect for first-time hikers. It is also a beautiful path for nature lovers. Along the way, we may spot naive monkeys (Callithrix jacchus) and birds, such as the Thrush, Brazilian tanager, Great Kiskadee, Squirrel Cuckoo, Roadside hawk, and others.
