IFMGA mountain guide (International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations) As the founder of Alpinist Climber Expeditions and an IFMGA ‘International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations’ mountain guide, who has been working as a mountain guide since 2011 and specializes in climbing expeditions to the world’s famous formidable mountains. Prakash Sherpa is passionate about climbing and loves to share his extensive knowledge and experience about high mountain expeditions. He started his career in the mountaineering industry from an early age where he got his initial training from his grandparents, father, and uncle who were prominent guides at the time. When he was the age of 15 he took on Mera peak 6,476m for his first mountain and after this there was no looking back as he got the opportunity to be involved and work in high-altitude mountains in different parts of the world including Europe, New Zealand, and Asia. Prakash Sherpa has successfully ascent several peaks over 8000 meters Mt Everest 8848m, Mt Lhotse 8,516m, Mt Makalu 8463m, Mt Dhaulagiri 8167m, and Mt Manaslu 8163m, and numerous peaks below 8000m including a technical mountain Mt Ama Dablam 6812m. And three of them Makalu, Dhaulagiri, and Manaslu without supplementary oxygen.
