Following an almost ten-year stint as an instructor in Courchevel. Half-American, I began skiing at the age of 4 in Aspen and continued to ski regularly throughout France, Italy, and Austria before landing my first instruction job with ESF (L'école de Ski Français) where I remained for 6 years. Recently having left ESF, I have continued training and worked as an independent instructor, teaching a number of high-end private clients. I have worked within the French and British systems having gained BASI level 4 ISTD as well as EMS (European Mountain safety).

Having a ski instructor is not just about learning to ski. I can provide expert advice in snow sports equipment as well as wider alpinism, avalanche awareness, mountain safety, and snowpack analysis.

**Located in the French Alps, Les 3 Vallees is the largest ski area in the world, with more than 600 kilometers of slopes.** Ski resorts like **Courchevel, Meribel,** and **Val Thorens** make it a great place for ski touring, freeride skiing and freerando.

Skiing in Les 3 Vallees is special because:

*   It is a huge ski area with great spots you can access with lifts and just walking up a few meters with the skis;
    
*   It is suitable for every skier, from beginners to experienced ones;
    
*   The views are breathtaking.
    

Some of the key spots we can visit here are **Vallons des Avals, Glacier Gebroulaz,** and **Les Encombres.** We can leave together for one or several days. We can also choose between returning every evening to the ski resort or staying in one of the huts. Refuge du Roc de la Pêche can be an option in that case.

If you are a beginner, we can start by learning the basics. If however, you have prior experience, we can choose a route to put your skills to practice and take them to the next level!

**Join a certified guide for a ski touring and off piste skiing trip in the ski domain of Les 3 Vallées in the French Alps.** Are you staying in **Courchevel**, **Méribel**, **Val Thorens**, **Les Menuires**, **Saint Martin de Belleville** or **La Tania?** If yes! then let’s go together for some fantastic ski runs!

This is a great opportunity to enjoy freeride and off piste skiing, far from the crowds. In fact, we’ll go a little bit up with the skins to reach places where the powder snow is the best and where nobody goes.

Ski touring away from the ski resorts is also awesome because you end up in wild places. Les 3 Vallées is a top spot for this sport. Vanoise, Beaufortain and la Lauziere are great ski places to enjoy some wonderful skiing experiences. **Pralognan La Vanoise** is also an amazing spot to go ski touring.

We can leave for one or several days together. We will adapt the program and the itinerary according to your ski level and your wishes.
