Located in **Switzerland,** the **Aletsch Glacier** is the largest glacier in **the Alps and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.** Going on a **glacier trek** is an incredible way to discover the sheer mass and electrifying color encapsulated in its ice.

Having a guide is crucial when it comes to glacier trekking and I will be sure to make you feel as safe and comfortable as possible, while also showing you the best parts of the glacier. The glacier is **23 kilometers long**, so we will not necessarily get to trek across it entirely, but I will take you through the best spots throughout the course of the day.

We will provide our trekkers with the necessary crampons. Also, keep in mind that this trip is of an intermediate level of difficulty and therefore it is requested that you have a good fitness level.
