Join me on this snowshoeing day tour in the Vitosha Nature Park and discover the amazing beauty of the Vitosha mountains landscapes in winter. The **Vitosha mountain massif** is located on the **outskirts of Sofia**, the capital city of Bulgaria.

The territory of the mountain includes the **Vitosha Nature Park,** a natural reserve boasting a **great diversity of landscapes**. Its easy access make it one of the most popular sites in the country for outdoors and winter sports lovers.

There is no better way to **discover the beauty and peace of the mountains** than a snowshoeing hike**.  In winter, the massif is a wonderful location for snowshoeing adventures,** boasting an enormous network of  trails. The routes combine **century old forests, alpine sections with stunning views** and natural phenomenons like stone rivers.

This program is suitable either for beginners or hikers of intermediate level as well. **You will have the opportunity to explore** the magical snow-covered terrain of the Vitosha massif as you enjoy a great hike surrounded by unique scenery**. I will take you along the less visited side of the mountains.**

We will meet in Sofia and transfer (50 minutes)  to the park, where our snowshoeing tour will begin. Our hiking time will be 4 to 6 hours, dependending on your level and wishes.
