1+ day Freeride skiing at La Sambuy, close to Annecy

Join me in La Sambuy for one or more days of great freeride ski! It will be my pleasure to guide you in this beautiful domain in the Alps.

The resort of La Sambuy is situated at the heart of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, in the Bauges massif. Sitting between 1830 meters and 1150 meters high, La Sambuy is a true gem for skiing in the region. It is not one of the largest resorts in the area, but it is certainly full of options! Besides the pistes for all levels, there is a great off-piste domain to discover.

Some great itineraries include going to L’Avalanche, La Milesi, and La Combe. We will decide where to go together depending on the time you have available. I will also take into account your ski level and the current conditions. Yo need to be at least an intermediate skier to participate, and be in good physical shape. Besides having fun, we will focus on improving some skills and reviewing freeride safety measures.

The location of the resort is ideal to enjoy splendid views! From the highest points we will appreciate the Annecy lake, Mont Blanc and the Aravis range.

There aren’t any accommodation facilities in La Sambuy, it is only a ski domain. But there are plenty of options to spend the night nearby if you decide to join me for more than one day. We can stay in Albertville, Annecy or Faverges.
