Description

For this private trip, you will get to enjoy one or more days skiing on the slopes of Hokkaido's collection of resorts with a freeride world tour skier.

I am the second ranked FWT skier in Japan and the sixtieth ranked FWT skier in the world.

Very experienced and passionate about skiing, I always enjoy being able to share that joy of the sport with those who enjoy it as well. Along with the enjoyment, I am also happy to share tips and advice on skiing as well.

Filled with deep, fresh and world class powder, the available slopes in Hokkaido are wonderful. And because of the experience I have on those slopes, I will do my best to help you enjoy them as much as possible.

Definitely a unique experience, I believe the chance to ski with a professional gives skiers an opportunity to pick up on things they might not have known to look for. You will get to see how a pro conducts themselves, and see what they do and why. To experience it for yourself, just send a request.

Please note that you will need to sign a liability waiver prior to the beginning of the trip.
Participant will need to have appropriate insurance coverage (including skiing and snowboarding).

Also, for safety and liability reasons, we will stay within ski resort boundaries at all times.

I was born in the city of Sapporo in Hokkaido, Japan and currently reside in Revelstoke, BC in Canada. I am a member of the Freeride World Tour and now ranked 2nd in Japan.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge.
