Description

Have you ever wanted to do the sport that you are passionate about with someone who shares that passion and has taken it to the professional level?

If your answer is yes, then join me for an epic day, or more, of skiing together in one of Niseko’s excellent resorts. I am currently ranked as the 15th best skier in Japan and participating in the Ski World Tour qualifiers.

The Ski World Tour is a series of events in which the best skiers and riders in the world compete both for individual wins and the World Champion title.

However, we will take advantage of the plentiful and pristine snow together in one of Niseko’s many resorts. Located on the western portion of Hokkaido, Niseko is world renowned for how much powder it receives, occasionally setting world records.

The island is easily accessible from Tokyo via a local flight and I promise you the effort to get here is well worth it. We are sure to become pretty well acquainted as we explore the area together and get in a ton of runs. I’ve been skiing here for quite awhile, so I’ll be sure to show you some of the area’s best pistes.

Please remember that you need to be at least an intermediate skier to participate in this tour. Take into account that you will need to be able to assess for yourself what you can or cannot do. It will be your responsibility to ski at your own level.

When we’re not out on the slopes, be sure to enjoy some of the cultural attractions Niseko has to offer as well. It has some great food as well as a vibrant nightlife.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger.
