Description

Discover the incredible white world of Norway. Follow me on a week-long ski touring adventure in the Lyngen Alps and fall in love with this breathtaking landscape!

The Lyngen Alps cover 1,500 square kilometers of the Lyngen Peninsula in northern Norway. The region is filled with islands, blue fjords, cliffs, 124 peaks and incredible views of the North Sea. One of the best things about this part of the country is its untouched wilderness and the dazzling contrast of the blue sea, green mountains and white snowy peaks. You’ll never forget these views.

This ski touring week is the perfect opportunity to discover this breathtaking region. Of course, you will need some prior experience and a good fitness level.

The weather in the northern region of the country is not as cold as countries in the same latitude as Greenland or Alaska, however, the area is cold year-round. Therefore, make sure to review the list of equipment detailed below. If you don’t have everything, we can help you rent whatever you are missing.

Ready for a thrilling ski touring adventure? Then book your trip now and I promise a week of unforgettable skiing in the wonderful mountains of northern Norway. I would love to be your guide!

Mountain Guide

I'm an AEGM-certified mountain guide from Spain.

My work and my passion for the mountains have taken me all over the world.

I spent 8 years leaving in my van as a ski bum in La Grave, in the French Alps, enjoying the steep skiing there.

I also spent 5 years guiding ski touring, alpine climbing and rock climbing in Norway (Lofoten, Senja, Lyngen Alps, Kvaløya, Stetind), where you can feel the power of nature like in very few other places on Earth!

But it was in the Spanish Pyrennes, my own backyard, where I grew as a mountainer and skier. Here, you can enjoy some tapas and a good wine after a crazy heliski day!

You are very welcome to contact me to enjoy an amazing trip or adventure in the mountains!

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
