2 day guided splitboarding traverse in Whistler

Come enjoy 2 great days of splitboarding in British Columbia! On this traverse we will move from the mountains of Blackcomb to Whistler, enjoying some wonderful nights sleeping beneath stars.

The Spearhead traverse takes us through 25 kilometers of backcountry, and connects the dots between the mountains of Blackcomb to Whistler. On this traverse we will amble across glaciers in order to get to breathtaking slopes in the Coast Mountains.

As your guide I will make sure to give you all of the tips necessary to enjoy your experience on the glacier, as well as the basics of splitboarding down steep slopes. And I will also be sure to go over the fundamentals of overnight camping in snowy hillsides.

This program is a great choice for people looking to strengthen their splitboarding skills but previous experience is not necessary. Nor is previous experience of overnight camping mandatory. Due to the weather, this trip is available during the Spring months.

I offer this trip for 1 night and 2 days, but this trip can be tailored for a period lasting up to 4 nights, should that be of interest to you. There are many routes to explore in Whistler, which is why we offer this option.
