Our daily plans are flexible, adapting to current weather and snow conditions to ensure the best possible experience. With this approach, you can count on a rewarding week full of great skiing.
This program is ideal for experienced and fit skiers or snowboarders looking for an exceptional adventure. Enjoy the benefits of small groups, with a maximum of 6 participants per guide, ensuring personalized attention and a better experience. Each day features short climbs followed by long, rewarding descents, with flexible plans that allow us to adapt to changing weather and snow conditions.
Over four days, you’ll be guided by an IFMGA mountain guide or Aspirant, and you'll rest comfortably for four nights in a hotel in the valley.

Meeting point
Our top destination options include Vals, Disentis, or Airolo in Switzerland, all easily accessible by public transportation from Zurich Airport (the journey takes about 2.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on the site). You’ll check in independently, followed by a welcome talk, pre-activity briefing, and safety equipment distribution at 17:00. If you need assistance with gear rental, your guide can meet you an hour earlier to help out.
Our first "Free Riding +" day begins! We usually start with a warm-up run, followed by skinning up for our climbs once everyone is feeling comfortable. Our motto is "short climbs, long runs," and on some days, we may set out from the valley. Expect daily elevation gains of around 600 meters (roughly 2 hours of climbing), which often reward us with over 3,000 meters of exhilarating descents.
Continue your adventure with guided ski touring and freeriding across a variety of terrain.

Mountain Guide
I am in the mountains all year-round, either guiding a trip or exploring on my own. Mountain guiding is not only my profession and passion but also my inner calling. I am a qualified IFMGA mountain and ski guide.
In 2012, I established my mountaineering school "Mountains" with the motto: Quality guiding on snow, rock and ice. You can count on a low client to guide ratio, reliable gear and high quality programs led by our talented team of guides. We are not adrenaline junkies - we put safety first and strive to meet and exceed all of our clients' needs.
We take great pride in having more than 30% returning clients and would be thrilled to welcome you to our "Mountains" family during your next rock, snow or ice adventure!

David est un super guide, il parle anglais mais parle bien français également, il est très expérimenté, peut-être que le rythme était un peu trop soutenu et pas suffisamment de pause pour des personnes débutante mais avec du recul je ne regrette rien, c'est une personne en or.

Lukas is excellent 👌

He was very rude and was constantly yelling at me on our descent. The trip could have been more enjoyable if he was supportive.

Jurgen was a really great guide, lots of technical expertise and mountaineering experience. I never doubted his advice during the entire week. Additionally he was very friendly and kept everyone in great spirits.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
