    A 4-day mountaineering course you cannot miss if you want to climb the most challenging walls of the world!

    I want you to be ready to face ascents in all routes around the world, from Patagonia to the Alps. Therefore, I have decided to offer this 4-day mountaineering course, which will take place in the Villarica National Park, Chile.

    If you want to learn to progress through mixed alpine terrain, then you should participate in this mountaineering course. During this trip, you will acquire good knowledge of pure rock climbing and ice climbing.

    My main goal as your instructor will be that you can acquire the necessary techniques and rope maneuvers. Always using the equipment effectively and safely.

    The content of the course will be as follows:

    • Crampons and ice ax techniques;
    • Introduction to climbing in mixed terrain;
    • Assembly of meetings in snow, ice and rock;
    • Techniques of progression;
    • Safety during rope progression;
    • Assurance on mixed routes;
    • Logistics of the ascension;
    • Knowledge of the environment;
    • Progression in multi-lenght routes;
    • Techniques for descending and installing rappels;

    I think that there is no better place to carry out this course than in the Cajón del Arena (Villarrica National Park, Pucón). Vacancies will open for September and October.

    As for the requirements to participate in this learning trip, it will be necessary to have passed my courses of Ice Climbing Level 1 and the Rock Climbing Level 2 (or prove equivalent knowledge). In addition, a good physical condition is also mandatory.

    And regarding the necessary equipment, I recommend bringing with you:

    • Waterproof shoes;
    • Leggings;
    • Trousers and waterproof jacket;
    • Clothing and camping equipment according to the activity;
    • Helmet, harness, safety carabiner;
    • Crampons and piolets.

    Anyway, I will provide you with a detailed list at the time of registration.

    So, contact me now if you want to be part of this 4-day mountaineering course. I am sure you won’t regret!
